Job Details

• Salary: $18 to $22 per hour
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Rochester Hills, MI 48307

Responsibilities

• Enter and review data including invoices, vouchers, and payment requests accurately
• Resolve account-related issues efficiently
• Balance financial statements and finalize data entries
• Process accounts payable invoices, payment requests, and prepare reimbursement checks
• Match checks to invoices after each payment cycle
• Reconcile batches and research payables discrepancies with vendors
• Prepare accounts for payment processing and verify data entry
• Organize filing systems and manage cashier responsibilities
• Provide receptionist support during breaks as needed
• Break down and cost deals accurately for accounting purposes
• Handle daily deposits and post accounts payable/receivable entries
• Bill out deals, swaps, and wholesale transactions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a dealership environment is required
• Ability to balance high-volume accounts with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Adaptable to change and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Authorization to work legally in the United States
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle record review, and verify valid driver’s license
